Bangkok!!!

I made it!!!

Things are great! My drunken noodles at lunch were 30 cents and delicious and later i had an awesome omelet for a dollar! Bangkok is as overwhelming as it can be in terms of traffic and people. There are all these funny cats with bobbed tails and geckos in our dorms.

Today, we found our way to this giant mall where a bunch of people bought cellphones. As many of you know i hate malls and this one was as big as they come. There were four sets of giant escalators and 7 floors chock full of anything you could want to buy. My roommate and i contemplated buying a fish but deciding custody when we move to our provinces could have come to blows. Thankfully we made it out of the mall and navigated back to our dorms without incident-i had a close call with a motorcycle but thankfully my track reflexes kicked in and i was able to run to safety.

I miss home but it seems like we have a great group here!
